Fauna & Flora is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its East & Southern Africa programmes. This strategic role sits at the intersection of finance and conservation, enabling impactful project delivery through best-practice financial management, insightful analysis, and close collaboration with teams across regions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teams in the UK and overseas, enabling effective financial decision-making that contributes to Fauna & Flora’s mission to protect biodiversity and improve livelihoods. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business partnering, management reporting, and analytical decision-making, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance colleagues. A background in the charity sector and an understanding of donor compliance (e.g., USAID, EU) are a plus.
